Estevan (“Steve”) Contreras is a dedicated tax professional with a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Estevan began his career in tax consulting at PwC US Tax LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he advised clients across the defense, manufacturing, and technology sectors on complex federal and state tax matters.

Estevan is excited to join a team of talented and driven professionals at Keystone CPAs LLC. He is an industry professional with experience in research and development (R&D) credits, mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, and transaction modeling. Estevan takes pride in applying his legal and technical tax background to deliver innovative, strategic solutions for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Outside of the office and accounting, Estevan enjoys powerlifting, taking road trips, and volunteering to support those in need.
