Job Description:
As the Tax Manager for Estates and Trusts at Keystone CPA, you will leverage your expertise in taxation to provide high-quality service to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and related tax compliance. You will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and optimizing tax strategies.
Compensation:
Salary: $116,854 – $173,380

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Taxation from an accredited institution.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust taxation.
- Experience working in CCH software and ProSystem fx Engagement a huge plus!
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws pertaining to estates and trusts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in tax research tools and accounting software.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a public accounting firm or similar professional services environment.
- Previous experience managing a team of tax professionals.
- Familiarity with advanced estate planning techniques and strategies.
